After you have submitted a claim for Continuing Education, you can check the status of your claim and view your claim history by following these steps.
1. Click Candidate Summary in the left screen menu bar. The Candidate Summary screen opens.
2. Click Continuing Education at the top of the screen. The Candidate Continuing Education popup appears.
3. Review the claim(s) appearing under Claim History to look at the claim status and also to see what units may have been approved.
Important! Notice the
Message line under each claim. This message is from CPS
regarding your claim. Not all claims will have a CPS message.
