Start from the CM&AS Login screen.
1. Click the Forgot User Name? hyperlink.
2. The CM&AS Login/Sign-in Problems screen appears.
3. Enter [your e-mail address] in the E-mail Address field.
4. Click Submit. A message appears telling you your user ID has been sent to you.
Leave the CPS screen open; do not close.
Open another window to do the next steps.
5. Check your e-mail for the registration website User Name and Password message. Note your user ID.
6. Return to the registration website screens. You should have the CM&AS Login/Sign-in Problems screen in focus.
7. Click CM&AS Home in the left menu bar. The CM&AS Home screen appears.
8. Click Click Here to Login. The CM&AS Login screen appears.
9. Enter [your user name] in the User Name field.
10. Enter [your password] in the Password Name field.
11. Click Log In. You are logged in.
