On these screens you can:
• Click the “Click here to login” hyperlink on the screen if you are an “existing” CM&AS user---that means if you already have a user name and password assigned to you, then you can click this hyperlink (for details, see Logging in to the CM&AS Website)
• You can click the “Click here to create an account” hyperlink on either screen to open a new account only if you are a new candidate without an account. For details, see New Candidates: Create an Account
Only
candidates for an exam or position click the hyperlink to create an
account, if they have never registered for an exam or position. If they
have registered in the past, they can contact CPS for updated account
information. Proctors contact CPS to create a new account and
clients contact the Client Administrator to create a new
account.
• Click Help and Help on this Topic in the left menu to see specific Help contents for this current screen (for details, see Using Help and Help on this Topic)
• Recover your user name or password if you have forgotten them. For details, see Recovering Password or User Name.
• Click Contact CPS in the left menu bar to see a list of CPS contact information
• Click About CM&AS in the left menu to see version and copyright information for CM&AS
• Click Font Size: Increase or Decrease (one or the other) below the right end of the blue title band at the top of the screen to…..increase or decrease the size of the text in the main part of the screen
