If you access this web site and forget your user name or password, you can recover either or both to enable you to login. For recovery, you have already set up a recovery question-and-answer during your first login.
Recovering your password involves confirming your identity with your user name and then answering the recovery question you set up during your first login. In this case, “recover” doesn’t mean you get it back---instead, “recover” means you get a temporary new password to log in with….and then you can change that password to something you like. After you answer the recovery question, an e-mail arrives at the e-mail address you gave for your account. The e-mail tells you how to log in again and how to use the new temporary password. You’ll get the opportunity to change the password after you use it to log in the first time. For details about logging in with a temporary password, see How to Login with a temporary password.
Recovering your user name, on the other hand, involves entering your e-mail address and then checking the e-mailed user name message to discover your user name and use it to log in to the CM&AS website in the usual way.
Tutorials give details on both these processes. Tutorial on Recovering Your Password and Tutorial on Recovering Your User User Name
